PURPOSE:To clear up smoothly causes of the generation of multiple accidents, by decentralizing the gathering processing function of an abnormality signal to each equipment and collating the time of the generation of a plant protecting interlock signal with the time of the generation of the abnormality signal of each equipment. CONSTITUTION:Data gathered and edited by data gathering devices 6A-6G are gathered in a data gathering function 11 through a man-machine processing function 14 by the request from an operation device 7 of a console 5 are stored in an abnormality data file 12. Abnormality articles considered as causes of the plant protecting interlock signal are stored in a case discriminating file 15 in an off- line, and a cause discriminating processing function 13 uses data of the file 12 and the file 15 to discriminate a true cause on the basis of the presence/absence of the generation of abnormality articles, which are considered as causes of the plant protecting interlock signal, before the first generated plant protecting interlock signal and the time of the generation of this signal. |
