PURPOSE:To lower the cost of a jig and to improve the productivity of the titled body, by housing an outer hull in a molding box, introducing grains into the space between them and a foamable resin into the outer hull, and allowing the resin to foam, and then removing the grains. CONSTITUTION:First, a lid body 9 of the molding box 7 is opened, the outer hull 5 is housed in the box main body 8, and the box main body 8 is closed by the lid body 9. Thereafter, the space between the molding box 7 and the outer hull 5 is filled with grains 12 through an introducing port 11 in the lid body 9, and then a prescribed amount of an urethan raw liquid is injected into the outer hull 5 with the molding box 7 closed. The urethane raw liquid is foamed to expand in the outer hull 5 thereby filling the outer hull 5 with the thus foamed and hardened urethane 6. Then the lid body 9 is opened, vacuum is applied to the grains 13 by a suction apparatus to suck up the grains, and then the desired foamed body, that is an insulated box 1, is taken out from the box main body 8. |
