PURPOSE:To suppress noises generated inside an IC itself as low as possible by connecting a capacitor to a specific part of an IC regulator. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 9 for an external capacitor is guided from a coupling part between the output of a differential amplifier 3 and the input of a power amplifier part 4 to the outside of an IC package. A capacitor 10 is externally connected between the external capacitor terminal 9 and an input side terminal (Vcc terminal 6). Consequently, noises included in the output of the differential amplifier 3 are suppressed by the capacitor 10 before power amplification by the power amplifier 4, the IC itself is prevented from the generation of noises. The connection of the capacitor 10 causes the output impedance of the differential amplifier 3 to reduce, so that the noises are also reduced. |
