PURPOSE:To prevent remaining of bubbles and to mix particles with liquid as a desirable ratio, by placing the particles and the liquid into a molding vessel in this order, sealing the upper side of the vessel tightly and sucking through a filter from the lower side of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:The upper opening 4 of a vacuum vessel 3 having a bottom is detachably fixed gas-tightly to the lower opening 2 of a molding vessel 1. A filter 6 is fixed between the vessels 1, 3, a degassing hole 7 is bored through the side wall of the vessel 3, and engaged with a connector 8 for joining it with an evacuating means, such as vacuum pump. A piston 9 slidable along the inside wall of the vessel 1 is fixed in the upper part of the vessel 1. A resin soln. 11 and the particles 12 are contained in contact with each other in the inside of the vessel 1, and remaining of bubbles are prevented by driving a vacuum pump connected with the connector 8. |
