PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abrasion powder due to collision between facing surfaces and the deterioration of precision by providing an elastic plate body pressing a positioning plate toward a rotary plate in the recessed section of a flange section of a distributor storing a rotation angle detector. CONSTITUTION:An elastic plate body 30 pushes up the top surface of a positioning plate 11 higher than the height of a peripheral mount-like section 29 in a recessed section 28 under a state that no tightening force is applied by a screw 17. The positioning plate 11 is pushed down to the height of the peripheral mount-like section 29 against the elastic force of the plate body 30. Thereby, the contact between the peripheral amount-like section 29 and a rotary plate 10 is ensured and the positioning plate 11 is stably held. Accordingly, individual facing surfaces at the junction section between both rotary shafts 4, 7 are held stably and reliably each other, thus the generation of abrasion powder due to collision between facing surfaces as before can be prevented, and an accident that the precision for detecting the rotation angle is deteriorated abnormally can be prevented. |
