摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve safety transportation where there is no choking transportation while to achieve highly efficient power utilization by controlling the rotation of an air compressor in a pneumatic transportation system for transporting ore, tunnel excavation soil, etc. to increase as the in-tube pressure at the upper stream of the mixer increases. CONSTITUTION:The transporting object to be fed into the transportation tube 2 from a mixer 3 is float transported sequentially in said tube 2 by the air to be fed from an air compressor 1. A volume type air compressor 1 where the rotation and the delivery air amount is approximately proportional such as a root blower is employed. The air compressor 1 is driven by an engine 11 of variable rotation which is controlled by the in-tube pressure at the upper stream of the mixer coupling section of said tube 2, where the rotation of air compressor 1 will increased as the increases of the in-tube pressure while lower as said pressure lowers. In other word, the pressure gauge 4 will perform detection through on-off of an electric circuit or as the current level then the detected signal is processed by a control board 5 to function the feed voltage controller 6 for the engine 11.
