PURPOSE:To provide expanding property and adaptability to the titled composite system, by providing said composite system with a processing means to convert character codes from an electronic computer into picture information data proper to facsimile transmission and convert the transmitted data into character codes. CONSTITUTION:The composite system is constituted by connecting a minicomputer 201, a buffer memory 202, a facsimile coding memory 203, a picture signal memory 204, and channel devices 2051-2053 to a bus 2 of a facsimile device 200. The processing means consists of the communication controlling parts 2071-2073 and code pattern converting parts 2101-2103 of the device 2051-2053 to execute normal communication control. The processing means is provided with a function to convert character codes from a CPU1 to picture information data proper to the facsimile transmission and also convert the transmitted data into character codes. Thus, the expanding property and adaptability are provided to the composite system. |
