<p>A storage stable lubricating composition with improved friction reducing properties is provided by a lubricating oil which includes an additive combination of (1) an ester of a polycarboxylic acid with a glycol or glycerol, (2) a zinc dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphate and (3) an ashless dispersant containing a high molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbon oil solubilizing group attached thereto and a selected amount of free hydroxyl groups.</p> |
