PURPOSE:To attain a driving coil balanced for the outer and inner coils and improved in the high-frequency characteristics, by adopting the multi-layered construction where the inner and outer coils of two orthogonal magnetic bubble drive coils are overlapped alternately. CONSTITUTION:Coils 6, 7 intersecting perpendicularly with each other are wound in an overlapped state successively for each layer at the inside and outside and the multilayered construction is adopted so that one layer of the other coil is inserted between layers of one coil. Thus, the capacitance between layers of each coil is decreased, the average height of each coil is made equal to attain balancing of the coils, thereby improving the high frequency characteristics. |
