<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of bending working by a method wherein a bending head which is equipped with a rotary power load device and clamps the neighborhood of the bend-worked end part of a conductor and a fixed clamp which clamps the unworked part of the conductor are provided. CONSTITUTION:A coil wind-up die 6 winds up the conductor 1 which has been already bend-worked. A conductor clamp 8 grips a part on the half-way of the conductor 1 which has been already bend-worked, and makes this part move out of the coil surface. The bending head 9 is equipped with the rotary power load device 9b and clamps the neighborhood of the bend-worked end part of the conductor 1. The fixed clamp 10 clamps the unworked part of the conductor 1 at a length previously set from the clamp position of the head 9. Transfer tables 20 and 21 support the head 9 for free movement within a surface parallel with the coil surface. A table 5 fixes the wind-up die 6 by mounting, and moves synchronously with the movement of the head 9 so as not to deform the conductor 1 which has been already bend-worked, during the bending working of the conductor 1.</p> |
