<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deteriorating of a rubber due to the collective stress of a rubber idler by providing a member to regulate the bite of the rubber idler at the same height in the lengthwise direction of the shaft of the rotating center of the rubber idler. CONSTITUTION:When the constant quantity or above of a rubber idler 8 is deformed and the idler is bit between a winding reel stand 4 and a pulley 29, a roller 57 and the reel stand 4 are abutted, the turning of the clockwise direction of an arm 28 is regulated and the deformation of the rubber idler is prevented. Since the roller 57 is freely rotatably fitted to a shaft 56 planted at the arm 58, the rotation of the reel stand is not interrupted. Further, since the contacting height of the reel stand 4, the roller 57 and the idler 8 is equal, the moment to incline arms 28 and 58 and the idler 8 will not occur. Consequently, the deterioration of the rubber due to the collective stress of the rubber idler can be prevented.</p> |
