PURPOSE:To hold iron materials stably and to make welding work easy, by coupling two pieces of angle jigs contg. permanent magnets by means of a pair of arms and attracting and fixing the iron materials respectively tentatively. CONSTITUTION:A magnet jig A for welding is constituted of two angle jigs 1 and a pair of arms 2. The jigs 1 have haxagon shapes and the contact surfaces UW for iron materials 9, 10, and contain permanent magnets therein. Central screws 3 are inserted through retainers 7 into the central through-holes of the jigs 1 and the central through-holes of the arms 2, and circumferential edge screws 5 are inserted through the retainers 7 into the circumferential edge through-holes of the jigs 1 and the arc grooves 8 of the arms 2. These screws are respectively locked by means of nuts 3, 6 to couple the jigs 1 and the arm 2. The materials 9, 10 are attracted respectively to the surfaces UW of the jigs 1 and are fixed thereto tentatively, then the materials are welded. The angle between the surfaces UW is changed freely by loosening the nuts 3,6 and moving the screws 5 along the grooves 8. |
