PURPOSE:To represent wiring density in three dimensions, and to enable to decide acceptable or rejectable part arrangement before wiring by forming a temporary wiring pattern in accordance with connection data as the result of part arrangement, obtaining probability of which the temporary wiring pattern passes in a wiring region minutely divided into unit rectangles and displaying the probability in three dimensions. CONSTITUTION:A temporary wiring passing probability accumulator 10 generated by a temporary wiring pattern generator 9 calculates probability of which the temporary wiring pattern passes in the unit rectangles fractionated by a wiring region unit rectangle fractionating mechanism 8, and accumulates the probabiliy at every unit rectangle. The generation of the temporary wiring pattern and the calculation and accumulation of the temporary wiring pattern unit rectangle passing probability are repeated to the whole nets. The results of the accumulation display the degrees of jams of wiring in each unit rectangle, and the value differs by each unit rectangle. A probability display symbol converter 11 converts the degree of jams at every unit rectangle into display symbols through a predetermined method from passing probability accumulating value so that a designer can observe the most possible location where jamming occurs from the value accumulated by the wiring pattern passing probability accumulator 10. |
