PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording material using a fabric as a support and having good recording characteristics and excellent durability without damaging the unique texture of the fabric. CONSTITUTION:A fabric with a stitch density of 30/cm or more and a stitch gap of 150mum or less is used as a support and an under layer, a thermal color forming layer based on a colorless or light-colored leuco dye, a developer allowing the leuco dye to develop a color at the time of heating and an aqueous resin and a protective layer based on an aqueous resin are successively laminated on the support. Therefore, the thermal recording material has a texture derived from the fabric and also has durability sufficiently adaptable to outdoor use and can be used in various fields of a design, an event or advertisement. |
