PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps of manufacturing a multipolar flat coil and to improve the reliability by winding the coil for a flat motor and automatically fusion-bonding the coil group and a stator yoke. CONSTITUTION:A table 21 disposed on a base 20, reciprocating means 25 for the table, a winding die 29, a winding die retainer 33, rotating and positioning means for the retainer, protruding means for the die 29, a flier unit 55, a coil retainer 89, fusion-bonding means for between oils, and fusion-bonding means 91 for the coil group and stator yoke 1 are provided. The coil groups are fusion-bonded by heating the self-fusion bondable film through electrodes provided on the flange of the retainer 33 at the stage that a coil 105 wound from a wire 104 having the film is formed in all necessary number of poles between the adjacent coils 105, 105. The means 91 for the coil group and the yoke 1 is composed of a piston rod 93 inserted into a cylinder 92 provided at the bracket 56, an L-shaped bracket 94 mounted at the rod, a rotary cylinder 98 and a station yoke retainer 100 provided on a rotational shaft 99. |
