<p>PURPOSE:To accurately evaluate denitration capacity in consideration of only a reaction temp., by using a reaction velocity constant. CONSTITUTION:The evaluation of denitration capacity is carried out by using evaluation function shown by formula f(t)=KG(t)/k(t) wherein f(t) is evaluation function at a certain time t, k(t) is reaction velocity constant k at a certain time t and kG(t) is the reference value kG of reaction velocity constant corresponding to a reaction temp. when k(t) is calculated. When k and kG is calculated, these values are substituted for k(t) and kG(t) to calculate f(t). When f(t) is 1 or more, a catalyst reaches a refreshing time and it is judged that refreshment is necessary. By statistically treating the evaluation function f(t) obtained at every definite intervals, the life of the catalyst and a refreshing time can be estimated before the catalyst reaches the refreshing time.</p> |
