<p>PURPOSE:To firmly fix conductors with each other and to prevent pieces from slipping out by a method wherein the pieces each wrapped by unwoven cloth are inserted between the conductors, an insulating tape is wound round the coil to clamp the same, it is immersed in synthetic resin, and the impregnated resin is then cured under heating. CONSTITUTION:At the time of fixing an air-core reactor, insulating pieces each wrapped by unwoven cloth are first inserted between conductors of a coil with constant intervals. Then, the coil is clamped by winding an insulating tape round it such that the unwoven cloth wrapping the piece comes abutment with the insulating tape. Next, the coil is immersed in synthetic resin, or only the unwoven cloth is impregnated with synthetic resin. The synthetic resin impregnated into the unwoven cloth is then cured under heating. With such fixing, the unwoven cloth has high fitting property so that the compressed part remains in the compressed shape and the non-compressed part maintains the original shape. Thus, the unwoven cloth holds the shape fit to the conductors and the tape.</p> |
