PURPOSE:To improve the operability in wiring signal lines by using as the signal lines as insulated sheet whereon a signal circuit is wired by printing. CONSTITUTION:A signal circuit wired on an insulated sheet 30 by printing is used as signal lines connecting terminals 27 and 28 on a terminal board 26 electrically to electrodes 15 and 16 respectively. Meanwhile, a conductive circuit 40 formed on the side of a pair of coil-side insulated sheets 13 and 14 to serve as a magnetic-field generating source is wired on the respective sheets 13 and 14 by printing so that it forms a uniform and close spiral around a central hole 41 for the insertion of terminal-side lead pieces 34 and 35, corresponding to the two parts of the signal circuit formed by dividing the same. According to a constitution as described above, an operability in wiring the signal lines and further in processing and fitting the magnetic-field generating means can be improved. |
