PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time of the management of a program and a file by simultaneously processing common processings in common among plural jobs among the processings to data including the data for the respective jobs by a classification part for respective characteristics, a data working part and a slip editing and outputting part. SOLUTION: The data including the data for the respective jobs are extracted together for one individual from a ledger system data base 11 in a batch extraction part 12 and the extracted data are converted to a format corresponding to slips to be prepared for the respective jobs by the classification part 14 for the respective characteristics. Then, for the converted data, corresponding to the slip corresponding to them, required work is executed in the data working part 16 and the worked data are edited in the slip editing and outputting part 18 and outputted in the form of the slip. The common processings in common among the plural jobs among the processings to the data outputted in such a manner are simultaneously processed. |
