PURPOSE:To improve easily the accuracy in positioning for welding, by positioning a terminal board and a movable spring respectively in the state of a terminal hoop and a movable spring hoop having pilot holes in the stage of welding. CONSTITUTION:A terminal hoop 1 and a movable spring hoop 2 are fed in the direction intersecting orthogonally with each other by utilizing pilot holes 12, 22, respectively and are positioned by means of positioning pins inserted into the holes 12, 22. One end of the hoop 2 and the part of the hoop 1 near the part where both are to be welded to each other are superposed by means of a pair of upper and lower dies which are both driven vertically and are held energized by means of springs in the directions where both are in contact with each other. A pair of upper and lower electrodes for welding sandwich and weld the movable spring 20 at one end of the hoop 2 and the terminal board 10 of the hoop 1 in the superposed state. |
