PURPOSE: A package assembling method is provided to reduce construction cost and period by package assembling a sheath pipe and a steel of a wall in a bridge by using a jig having a proper shape for a mold. CONSTITUTION: A distributing method of a bar contains the steps of: installing a jig(100) at a specific position, installing a bottom plate(140) in the lower part of the jig, firstly distributing bars on the jig and the bottom plate, stirring up between the arrangements of the bars, and installing a sheath pipe(210) on a unit(200) after completing the stir up. Herein, the jig is composed of: a ladder shaped frame(100), side plates(130) formed at both sides and on the upper face of the frame, a spacer(110) for supporting the unit, and the bottom plate for supporting the lower part of the unit.
