Holding device for a burner for heating glass-melting furnaces, the flame jet of which burner enters the furnace space through openings, the burner head (2) having a cooling means and being pivotably arranged so as to align the flame jet and having, on the furnace side, the shape of a hemispherical shell, a water-cooled cooling element (3) being present between the refractory material (6) and the burner head (2), the burner-side contour of which cooling element being adapted to that of the burner head (2) so that both lie against one another with a full face, and a holding device of the burner (1) being present, which permits pivoting of the burner (1) in the horizontal and vertical direction about the centre (5) of the spherical shell of the burner head (2). <IMAGE> |
