PURPOSE:To enable revolution at high speed without damaging the durability of a roller bearing by superposing motors and bearings at multistages and installing an inner ring or an outer ring for the bearing for the motor at a post-stage to a shaft or a rotor turned by the motor at a pre-stage. CONSTITUTION:A motor at a second stage is stacked onto a motor at a first stage. The motor section at the first stage is constituted of a magnet 18 for a multipolar-magnetized discoid motor, a drive coil 19 disposed so as to be oppositely faced to the magnet 18, an upper yoke 20 and a lower yoke 21 for forming a gap in the axial direction, a pattern substrate 22 and a Hall element 23 detecting the position of the magnet 18 for the motor. The motor section at the second stage is organized of a magnet 21 for a motor, a driver coil 32, and upper yoke 33, a lower yoke 34, a pattern substrate 35 and a Hall element 36. A flange 37 is rotated to a revolved shaft 25 for the first-stage motor in the second-stage motor. |
