PURPOSE:To improve the operability considerably, by inserting a form mark before the cursor position. CONSTITUTION:A line discriminating part 18 and a form mark inserting part 19 are added to a conventional constitution. The discriminating part 18 reads out contents of one line, where a cursor is placed at the present, from a text memory 13 on a basis of the signal from a controlling part 12 by a reading-out part 16 and discriminates whether the read-out line is a space line, that is, the read- out line has nothing except margins or not and sends the result to the controlling part 12. The form mark inserting part 19 inserts the form mark before the current position of the cursor by the signal from the controlling part 12. Thus, an indent is inserted automatically when a block constitution is changed by indention or the like, and the operability is improved considerably. |
