PURPOSE:To detect exactly and in high sensitivity only fine foreign matters in a liquid by processing relatedly the signal of the photographed frame of the vessel obtained by scanning with TV camera at plural positions by passing through the vessel filled with the liquid containing fine foreign matters. CONSTITUTION:The video signal of the ampule running at the constant velocity in front of TV camera 6 is detected separately by clip circuits 26, 27 with the sensitivity sufficient to detect the foreign matters in the ampule liquid and with the min. sensitivity, and is stored as zero and one signal in a storing circuit 30 through a shift register 28 and a shift register controller 27, a latch circuit 29. The stored zero and one signals of total photographed frames are sent to a max. discriminating circuit 31 to select the max. frame of one signal to which one signal of an obscure region 32 of the circumferential specified width is added and stored in a master storing circuit 33. The signal is compared by a comparator circuit 34 with one signal of each photographed frame from the circuit 26, and if the latter surpasses the master signal, it is excluded 8 through a fault articles discriminating circuit 38 and only the foreign matters in the liquid are detected exactly and in high sensitivity. |
