发明名称 DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM OF REMAINING LIFE OF PRIME MOVER
摘要 PURPOSE:To estimate the life of an apparatus with good accuracy and to prevent the failure thereof, by determining beforehand through calculation a part where only the creep damage of an existing plant accumulates through calculation, and measuring the creep damage in said part by a nondestructive measurement method in the stage of overhauling the plant at the regular inspection thereof. CONSTITUTION:The temp. in the inside surface 7 of the casing of an existing turbine unit 6 under operation to be measured through a temp. measuring device 8 is stored together with the data on the operation history of said unit 6 in a recorder 9 for operating condition. On the other hand, the divided data and analysis program e.g. temp. and stress are stored 5, and the boundary temp. and stress conditions from the recorder 9 are inputted through a condition setter 10 to an arithmetic processing unit 11, by which the temp. in the rotor section, etc. are operated in accordance with the analysis program. The results are displayed 12 as a distribution figure. At the same time, the section of the rotor surface where only the creep damage is received is selected and the rotor 2 is inspected with a hardness measuring device 3 in the overhaul and inspection stage. The data 4 thereof is combined with the data on stress, etc. in the storage device 5, and is converted 13 to a temp. condition. The temp. condition is inputted again to the setter 10, and analysis 11 of a life is accomplished with high accuracy.
