PURPOSE:To lock an operation lever in the position, where the operation lever does not hinder operations of a driver, when the operation lever is not used, by providing a bendable connecting part in a halfway part of one rod connected to the operation lever. CONSTITUTION:An operation lever 8 forming a universal lever is provided with rods 16 and 18 which operate a material to be operated and is turnable in two directions. The rod 16 is divided in the halfway part to form a bendable connecting part 17 connected to a link 31. The connecting part 17 is bent according as a locking lever 25 is turned, and the operation lever 8 is turned in accordance with this bending. This turned operation lever is detained by a holding means 40 so that the operation lever cannot be moved. Thus, the operation lever is locked in the position, where the operation lever does not hinder operations of the driver, when the operation lever is not used. |
