PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time measuring device, capable of continuously and accurately measuring the time intervals between edges possessed by a digital signal. SOLUTION: The time measuring device comprises an input signal detection part for detecting a change of the three or more edges possessed by the input signal and outputting three or more detected signals in parallel which vary, based on each of the three or more edges; a conversion part for converting phase difference between each of the timings, when the detected signals vary and a clock edge in a reference clock to an analogue voltage value; a counting part for counting the number of clock edges included between the clock edges delayed by the phase difference, to which each of the at least two detected signals corresponds from the timing, when each of the at least two detected signals among the three or more detected signals changes; a calculating means for calculating the time intervals between the edges included in the three or more edges, based on the analogue voltage value and the number of the clock edges.
