The invention relates to an accumulator with two circuits, i.e. an accumulator having two circuits which contains a plurality of cells connected to one another in series, each individual cell within the cell having positive plates, connected to one another in parallel, and negative plates, connected to one another in parallel, which are arranged in a common acid chamber and are separated from one another by means of separator plates, and the accumulator furthermore having positive and negative terminals. The accumulator according to the invention is characterised in that at least one outer cell of the accumulator has at least one plate, the polarity of which corresponds to the polarity of the terminal present on the said cell and which is arranged in the cell irrespective of the other plates of the same polarity, and has a separate terminal, while the other cells are designed in the conventional manner. <IMAGE> |
