PURPOSE:To diminish the fluctuation of the extruding amount of a molding material, by attaching at the outlet part of a nozzle hole the plate like cutter which is parallel to the axis of the nozzle hole and of which the blade is directed backward. CONSTITUTION:The molding material which is extruded by a screw from a cylinder is extruded through a nozzle 4, being squeezed. Because a cutter 6 is attached to the outlet part of the nozzle hole 4, the cord like molded product formed by the nozzle hole 4 is extruded, being cut by the cutters 6 and the plural molded products having the same sectional areas as the sections of the small diameter nozzle holes 7a-7c which are surrounded by the inner peripheral wall of the nozzle hole 4 and the cutters 6 are obtained. In this case, the fluctuation of the extruding amount of the molding material extruded through the small diameter nozzles 7a-7c can be diminished by attaching the cutter 6 to the outlet part of the nozzle hole 4 with a good accuracy. |
