PURPOSE:To supply lots of still information to the public in a short time and to attain ease of retrieve of information, by picture recording the different information for one or several frames of a video tape or a video disc and transmitting the information reproduced and used as the still picture at each frame. CONSTITUTION:The different information such as paper of academic circules patent publication and commercial catalogs is recorded on one or several frames of the video tape or the video disc. The picture recorded information is transmitted so as to be reproduced and used as the still picture for one frame each. The TV transmission system and a VTR are used in combination, the still information such as newspaper and book is applied in large quantity to the public in a short time, the need of broadcasting at all times like the CAPTAIN system is eliminated, and the retrieval of information is made easy. |
