SLAB TURNOVER DEVICE WITH GUIDE ROLLERS

A slab turnover device that prevents surfaces of the slab from being damaged during turnover operation to produce a slab of high quality by rotatably mounting guide rollers on arms, thereby minimizing the friction of the arms with the slab is provided. In a slab turnover device(100) comprising: a concrete structure(110) which has a supporting function and is formed to enable a turnover cylinder to be mounted thereon; rails(120) fixed on an upper part of the concrete structure to transfer a slab; and a drive part(130) comprising arms(131,135) for turning over the slab loaded on the rails, wherein the drive part comprises arms(131,135) rotatably supported by a shaft(T) and a bearing(B), and the turnover cylinder, a guide roller mounted slab turnover device is characterized in that the arms are opened upward and comprise guide rollers(160) rotatably mounted thereon, and the guide rollers comprises: a sub-arm which is opened upward and consisted of both side plates and a bottom plate for connecting the both side plates at the lower side to enable mounting of the rollers; and rollers rotatably mounted between the both side plates.
