NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R1 is H and R2 is 1-6C alkyl or 5-7C cycloalkyl, or R1 and R2 are same or different 1-6C alkyl, or R1 and R2 together form cyclic amino group; n is 2 or 3) and its pharmacologically permissible acid addition salt. USE:A vasodilator. PROCESS:The compound of formula I can be prepared either by reacting the compound of formula II with the compound of formula III (X is halogen) in an inert organic solvent such as acetone, preferably at room temperature, or by reacting the compound of formula IV with the compound of formula V in the presence of a base (e.g. triethylamine) as an acid acceptor, preferably under reflux of organic solvent.
