PURPOSE:To execute the whole circumference fillet weld of a frame block, by combining an articulated arm of a welding machine and a rotation of a pedestal, and holding a torch at prescribed angle of advance and angle of sweepback. CONSTITUTION:A welding machine is placed on a truck 2 through a rotatable pedestal 8, and is provided with articulated arms 12, 13 for holding a welding torch 16. A shaft of this arm 12 and the pedestal 8 are rotated, and the torch 16 is rotated with a corner set as the center of a virtual roataion. Subsequently, welding is executed, holding an angle of the torch 16 so that the angle of advance and the angle of sweepback are set to 0-40 deg. and 15-0 deg., respectively. In this way, the whole circumference fillet weld of a framed block can be executed. |
