PURPOSE:To record a prescribed message at any time apart from signal recording, by slicing each character of a message to prescribed number of times, and recording it at every interval of intermittent sending appart from signal recording on recording paper of a recording instrument. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter 1 and is inputted to a recording control part 5. The recording control part 5 samples the input signal at every time interval of a clock pulse received from a chart speed controlling part 4, and outputs it as a recording pattern signal for designating a digit position of a thermal head 7 corresponding to an input signal value. A head driver 6 drives a corresponding heating element of the multistylus thermal head 7 in accordance with the inputted recording pattern signal, and records the input signal on heat sensible recording paper. By the recording control part 5, the input signal and a part of 1/8 of the lower end of each character of a message are recorded on the recording paper, and the same operation is executed total eight times at every time interval of intermittent sending, and printing and recording of the message can be completed. |
