A communication apparatus, a communication system, and a computer-readable recording medium for storing a communication program are provided to permit or forbid an incoming call for an interface unit depending on communication contents, such as voice calls and data calls, thereby achieving complex call reception through a plurality of interface units. A communication system comprises a plurality of networks(6,8) and a communication apparatus(4) wirelessly connected to the networks to enable call transmission/reception through the networks. The communication apparatus includes a plurality of interface units(CI,WI) corresponding to the networks. The communication apparatus compares communication contents of a communicating interface unit with communication contents of an incoming call for another interface unit, and controls the incoming call for the interface unit to be permitted or not permitted based on the compared result.
