PURPOSE:To predetect a trouble, by providing a cylindrical piston which receives the pressure of both lines and is fitted on a spool which acts to operate valves for hindering the release of the operating pressure of a brake operating unit and by using the motion of the piston to operate a warning switch. CONSTITUTION:One liquid pressure generation chamber of a master cylinder 2 is connected to a brake 6 through pipes 4a, 4b and a brake holding valve 5, which is opened by the operation of a clutch pedal 100. The other liquid pressure generation chamber of the master cylinder 2 is connected to a brake 8 through pipes 7a, 7b and automatic valves 58, 59. The automatic valves are operated by the motion of a spool 36 which receives the pressure of both lines, to allow a fluid to move only from the master cylinder 2 to the brake 8. A cylindrical differential piston 37 is fitted on the spool 36 so that the pressure of both the lines acts to both the ends of the piston. A warning switch 48 is operated by the motion of the piston 37. |
