PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-sensitive recording material capable of preventing coloration caused by rubbing and pressing without damaging its movability with a thermal head and density and clearness of colored picture by adding a specific diamine compound together with a leuco dye and an acid substance to a heat-sensitive color forming layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive recording material is obtained by providing a heat-sensitive color forming layer, containing a colorless or light-color leuco dye (e.g., 3-N-methyl-N-cyclohexylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran, etc.), an acid substance (e.g., bisphenol A, etc.) to color the leuco dye by heating, and at least one of the compounds of the formula(where R and R' are each H, or a lower alkyl and X and X' are each phenyl or a C1-C30 alkyl) (e.g., N, N'-distearoyl- m-phenylenediamine, N-benzyl-N, N'-diacetyl-o-phenylenediamine, etc.) in an amount of 0.1-4pts.wt. on the basis of 1pt.wt. leuco dye, on a supporter. |
