The introduced method is a process that makes a shaft structure having a spherical bulb used in the change lever of a car or a driving mirror. A cylinder-type shaft(3) is put in an original shaft and pressed. The pressed surface is in the shape of a spherical bulb. The pressed surface is fixed in the shaft(2) by the contracting force. There are many bene-fits of this method, including simple manufacture and econo-mic cost, etc.
