PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal load, which makes the clamping force at a gasket part ununiform, from being applied by a method wherein the influence of the welding heat of piping to the heat exchanger is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:The foundation bolt hole of a front supporting leg 11 is rendered to be dimensions l1Xl2, which are larger enough for the diameter (d) of a foundation bolt and for the strain of piping, so as to realize the construction capable to slide in the direction, in which the heat exchanger follows up itself in order to relieve it from the excessive load developed by the load due to the welding heat, during the laying of water chamber inlet and outlet pipings at water chamber side. After the laying of pipings is completed and the working fluid is practically made run through the pipings, a loose plate 17 is fixed to the front supporting leg 11 by welding. In such a manner as described above, the offset load in the form of the expansion and contraction applied to the heat exchanger due to the temperatures given during the laying of the pipings or by working fluid is relieved, resulting in preventing the clamping force of gasket from turning to be ununiform and consequently eliminating the leakage of the fluid. |
