Improved chemical for pulp production is prepared from organic cyclic compd. containing keto and/or hydroxyl group and surfactants. Used dispersion agents ate chemical compd. with hydroxyl or amino group having similar specific gravity; 9,10-anthraquinone (I) is especially recommended. Weight fraction of I having particle size less than 5 microns os 80%. Surgactants used on this chemical are anionic, cationic, and non-ionic; Lignin sulfonate and/or condensation product of aromatic sulfonic acid and formaldehyde are recommended. Shape of final product can be two forms: powder mixture of dispersion on water and/or organic solvent.
