PURPOSE:To facilitate inspection and maintenance, and get a uniform cooling and heating effect by a method wherein when cooling and heating panels are layed in the ceiling and floor, the supplying and discharging end of heat medium is concentrated in the center panel and around the panel with inspection hole. CONSTITUTION:Cooling and heating panels 2 are layed around a center panel 1 with an inspection manhole 3, a hant medium supplying part of each of the cooling and heating panels 2 is connected to a supplying connection terminal end 8 of the center panel 1 and the heat medium discharging part is connected to a heat medium discharging connection terminal end 10 of the center panel 1. With this arrangement, the heat medium is distributed from a coolant supplying main pipe 6 to a pipe 7 in each of the cooling and heating panels 2 via heat medium supplying connection terminal end 8, the cooling and heating is performed for each of the panels 2, collected at the discharging connection terminal end 10 and then discharged from a discharging main pipe 9. An operator enters from the inspection manhole 3 or enters the ceiling and inspects the unit. In this way, the maintenance and inspection may be facilitated and a uniform cooling and heating effect can be assured. |
