PURPOSE:To improve reliability in connection in the manner that the side is longer and soldering on the top and side faces is permitted by winding a wire on a core with a piece of metal fixed on the flange on one side and after connecting the lead of the coil bending the piece of metal to fix it to the remaining flange. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom face 32 of the flange 36 of a drum core 35 one end 33 of a metal plate 34 in T shape is fixed by an adhesive. In this state a wire 8 is wound round the coil section 9 of the drum core. Further, the lead 37 of the wire 8 is welded or soldered to the narrow part 40 of the metal plate 34. Next, the narrow part 40 is bent upwards almost vertically and again bent horizontally along the upper flange 38. The section of the metal plate 34 that is positioned above the upper flange 38 is fixed as the bottom face 32 to form an electrode to hold the upper flange and lower flange. This construction forms a fixed inductance. |
