发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING DESCENDING CONDITION OF CHARGE IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the quick and precise measurement of the overall descending conditions of a charge and the disturbance in the surface of the raw materials in a blast furnace by measuring the temps. in the plural positions on the surface of the raw materials simultaneously with a thermocamera in the furnace port at every prescribed time while correcting the falling of the raw material surface. CONSTITUTION:The temps. in the plural positions on the surface of the raw materials in a blast furnace are measured simultaneously at every prescribed short period by using a thermocamera in the furnace port. When a certain optional position of the raw material surface is assigned here, the assigned point desplaces the relative position with the furnace according to the falling of the charge. While the falling level of the charge is corrected in the stage of measuring the temps. continuously in the short periods, the temp. at the same assigned point on the raw material surface is sampled. The product of the number when the temp. drops below the just previously measured value among the measured values and the intensity of the minus temp. gradient thereof is determined as the index for the descending conditions of the charge. The descending conditions over the entire part of the raw material surface are estimated from the above-mentioned indices in the various measurement positions determined in the above-mentioned way.
