<p>PURPOSE:To make a clock signal generating device useful to a computer system, by generating continuosuly or singly a double frequency signal of less akew when clocks having the double freuqency of the high frequency clock signal, which the clock signal generating device, are generated. CONSTITUTION:An A-phase clock signal transmitter 11 transmits a clock signal of the A phase on a basis of a reference clock signal. A B-phase clock signal transmitter 12 transmits a clock signal of the B phase on a basis of the reference clock signal, and a mode switching signal transmitter 13 transmits a mode switching signal of ''0'' or ''1''. These A-phase and B-phase signals and mode switching signal are received; and when the mode switching signal is ''0'', the A-phase clock signal and a signal obtained by delaying the A-phase signal by the half cycle of the reference clock signal are added. When the mode switching signal is ''1'', OR between the A-phase clock signal and a obtained by delaying the B-phase clock signal by the half cycle of the reference clock signal is obtained in a means 49.</p> |
