PURPOSE:To enable the detection of the deposition amts. of slag, by detecting the temps. of the slag particles themselves and the atmospheric temp. CONSTITUTION:In the state of a vessle (b), a temp. sensor 5 detects the temp. of the high temp. glass particles 1 themselves and a temp. sensor 6 detects the atmosphere temp. in the inlet part of the vessel (b). The deposition level of the high temp. slag 1 in the vessel (b) can be measured from the temp. difference thereof, and the temps. of the water and steam in evaporating pipes can be measured according to the presence or absence of the need for discharging the slag with a discharging device 4, and the timing for the discharging as well as the quantity of heat of the high temp. slag to be absorbed from the vessel (b). Conversely, the required amt. and temp. difference of the high temp. slag to be fed into the vessel (b) through the inlet part thereof are also determined. In the case in which n-pieces of the devices constituted of the vessels 2, the devices 4, the temp. sensors 5, 6 and driving devices 7 for the discharging devices are combined, the heat inputs required for each section, the evaporation rates, the speeds of the discharging devices for the high temp. slag, and the timings for the operations thereof are controlled automatically or manually by the temp. values measured with the sensors 5, 6 for each section. |
