SHAPE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To obtain the foamed resin shape, on the surface thereof a flash pattern is not generated, by mixing two kinds or more of resin materials, flowabilities thereof differ to each other, and integrally forming non-foaming resin onto the surface layer of foamed resin by utilizing the difference of flowabilities when the materials are molded. CONSTITUTION:The foaming resin material 10 is fed from a foaming resin feeding section 1, melted by a heater 6, and fed to a resin mixing section 3 by a screw 4. On the other hand, the non-foaming polystyrene resin material 11 is fed from a non-foaming resin feeding section 2, and fed to the resin mixing section 3 by a screw 5 while being melted by a heater 7. Shape of which the non-foaming resin material 11 surrounds the periphery of the foamed resin material 10 is brought by the difference of the flowabilities of both resin materials 10, 11 in the resin mixing section 3, and the shape of foamed resin 13 with the surface layer of non-foamed resin 12 is obtained when the materials are poured into a molding die from a nozzle 9 and molded.
