<p>PURPOSE:To enable any sheet to be fed reliably in such a way that conveying distance between a pair of temporary stop adjusting rollers and a sheet feed roller is made to be more than the maximum sheet size. CONSTITUTION:Conveying distance between a pair of temporary stop adjusting rollers 21 and a sheet feed roller 33 to feed sheets toward them is set to be practicably equal to the maximum conveying sheet size or more than that. Besides, a weak conveying means 34 which has only such a conveying force as to feed them to the pair of temporary stop adjusting rollers 21 with feeding force necessary for adjustment by them is provided between said pair of temporary stop adjusting rollers 21 and the sheet feed roller 33 so as to satisfy their positional conditions to have an internal shorter than the minimum size of the conveyed sheet to the both of the pair of temporary stop adjusting rollers 21 and the sheet feed roller 33. In consequence, the sheet of any size can be reliably fed, and it is unnecessary to stop the sheet feed roller.</p> |
