发明名称 DEVICE FOR MEASURING TEMPERATURE IN FRONT OF TUYERE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect temperature in front of a tuyere continuously, precisely and speedily, by guiding radiation energy catched through a viewing window fitted to the periphery of a blast furnace to an operation part of a dichromatic thermometer by an image guide to calculate the temperature. CONSTITUTION:Image guides 10 are fitted to the proper number of blast branches along the periphery of the blast furnace. A part of the projected radiation energy is guided to a filter F1 through a half mirror M1 and the other is guided to a filter F2 after being reflected by the half mirror M1 and a total reflection mirror M2. These filters F1, F2 are optical band filters of which transmission waveform components are lambda1, lambda2 (lambda1<lambda2) at respective peaks and used as interference filters. The irradiation energy passed through the filters F1, F2 is penetrated into photoelectric converters P1, P2 and the converted analog signals are inputted to an operation circuit C through gate circuits G1, G2. The operation circuit C executes the operation of dichromatic temperature to calculate the temperature in front of the tuyere which is catched by the image guide 10.
