PURPOSE:To use commonly a system without increasing the number of input signals, by detecting the difference of pulse width between the horizontal synchronizing signal of the standard system and that of the 2nd TV system, and then controlling the operation of an auxiliary deflecting means with the output of the above-mentioned detection. CONSTITUTION:A signal of the standard system is demodulated by a demodulating circuit 2 and converted by a signal converting circuit 3. Furthermore this horizontal synchronizing signal is shaped for its waveform by a waveform shaping circuit 8. The converted TV signal of the standard system and the TV signal of the 2nd TV system supplied from a demodulating circuit 5 are selected by a switching circuit 6 and supplied to a dispaly 7. A detecting circuit 16 detects the difference of pulse width between the horizontal synchronizing signal of the standard system and that of the 2nd TV system. The operation of an auxiliary deflecting circuit 20 by the output of the above-mentioned detection. |
